On lap 17, as Stillwaggon and Smith touched coming down the front stretch, the M1 of Smith was finally able to get by the 89 of Stillwaggon for the lead position. The 9D of Kevin Darling ran the highside almost the entire feature going off and back onto the track in turn Hahn then led the field again until defending champion Gary Beward, who started 12th, took the lead from Hahn in turn two on lap six of the event. Thomas lead the lap feature wire to wire and picked up his first United Racing Club win, following Thomas to the line was the 5G of Curt Michael, 67w of Justin Whittall, 1F of Scott Flammer and the 33b of Bill Unglert who continues to show that he can run with the elite. After Chris Coyle pulled the “0” invert pill, the feature was determined by a heads up start from the heat races creating a front row of Coyle and ruc URC Points leader Davie Franek. With the Capitol Renegade URC season quickly approaching look for both of these beautiful ladies in victory lane beginning on Sunday April 9th at the Bridgeport Speedway.
On the restart, Smith again jumped out to the early lead and was into lapped traffic by lap Jason Clauss 088. With the 81 of Derek Jonathan not making the call, the 79 of Thomas and the 1F of Flammer lead the 20 car field to the green flag.
With Michael and Franek bringing the 20 car starting field to the green flag, Davie Franek jumped out to the lead with the Mach 1 Chassis M1 of Mark Smith putting on the pressure for the lead. With this being a combined show with the Patriot Sprint Tour, the redraw was created by the top 9 in passing points.
When the 0 pill was drawn by Hodnett the feature was a heads up start.
The contact ended Smith’s night who would have been considered one of the favorites to win the nights feature event. B1 Joey Biasi, 7. By the end of lap 4, the 5G of Curt Michael was up to 4th and pressuring the 33b of Unglert. Meanwhile, polesitter AJ Hoffman and third-place starter Troy Miller dueled for the runner up position for most of the event. Coyle was also passed by Franek as he tried desperately to maneuver through lapped traffic. Troy Miller of Tower City won his third lap pro stock main event, while Bill Benner of Sunbury recorded his first career win in the lap roadrunner feature.

By lap 8, Bitner was navigating some lapped traffic with now the 1B of Joey Biasi running closely behind. The victory marked the 12 th of the season for Hodnett and his team. Smith was pressuring Michael for 2nd and mid pack starter Greg Hodnett who started 12 was already up 6th place, Smith saw his opening and took it passing Michael ruc second and then Franek for the lead just 1 lap later.
